The NBA has suspended 28-year old shooting guard Jason Richardson for the first two games of the NBA season due to a DUI he received last December. Richardson played in 58 games (57 starts) for the Suns last season and he averaged 33.1 minutes, 16.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals per game. The Suns have enough depth to get by without Richardson for a couple of games.
